AI Load Board

You’re up at 2 a.m. refreshing DAT. There’s a better way.

Haulwize replaces the load-board grind with a 24/7 AI dispatcher that polls every board for you, scores loads against your truck, screens fraud before a call is placed, and books your lane while you sleep — flat $79/mo, no per-load fees.

Scoring engine

How Haulwize scores loads against your truck

Not every posted load is a good load — the difference between a profitable week and a break-even one is filtering the right ones out before you waste time on the phone. Haulwize runs every posted load through a multi-factor score that accounts for the specific details of your operation, not a generic lane average.

Home base and deadhead. Every load is scored against your current location and your posted home-base lane. Loads that add unacceptable empty miles are filtered out before a single broker call is placed, so the agent never books a profitable-looking rate that burns margin on the deadhead leg.

Equipment match. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, and hazmat profiles are set during onboarding and stored per truck. The agent only surfaces loads your equipment can legally and physically take — no flatbed loads to a dry-van driver, no hazmat loads to an uncertified unit.

Hours-of-service and RPM floor. Your live ELD hours (Pro tier) or manually updated remaining drive time determine whether a load fits your window. Loads that require more hours than you have logged are filtered silently. Your RPM floor is the hard minimum — the agent will not call a broker on a load that can’t meet it, and it negotiates toward your target rate on every accepted call.

Continuous polling

DAT and Truckstop.com, around the clock

The best loads on DAT and Truckstop often post in off-hours — midnight, 3 a.m., early Sunday — when brokers clear their boards and owner-operators are asleep or driving. Haulwize watches both boards every few minutes around the clock so those windows close for competitors, not for you.

When a load clears your scoring filters, the agent dials multiple brokers in parallel rather than one at a time. It counters each negotiation toward your target RPM until one broker accepts, then stops — other pending calls are released cleanly. The whole sequence from board hit to rate-con typically takes minutes, not hours.

Once a booking is confirmed, Haulwize auto-generates the rate confirmation and sends it directly to the broker. You receive a single text with only the pickup details — address, time, and load number. You stay in control of every final confirmation, and the noise stays out of your cab.

Fraud screening

Fraud screening built into every search

Load-board fraud has grown alongside AI tooling — bad actors clone broker MC numbers, post ghost loads, and intercept rate cons in a matter of hours. Haulwize runs a trust-score pass on every broker it is about to call, before the phone rings.

Ghost brokers.A ghost broker posts loads it has no authority to tender — it collects your signature on a fake rate con and disappears. Haulwize cross-references the posting broker’s MC number against FMCSA authority status and flags any MC that is inactive, revoked, or registered in the last 90 days.

Double-broker scams. A double-broker accepts your load, re-brokers it to another carrier at a lower rate, and pockets the spread while leaving you exposed. Haulwize detects brokerage chaining patterns — multiple quick re-tenders on the same load number — and routes those loads away before a call is placed.

MC-number phishing. Some scammers spoof legitimate broker MC numbers by one or two digits in the posting. Haulwize fuzzy-matches MC numbers against a known-good broker registry and quarantines near-matches for manual review — you get a warning before the agent dials, not after you’ve signed a rate con.

Every broker that passes the trust screen gets a score. Brokers with a history of quick cancellations, short payment windows, or known dispute flags are surfaced with warnings so you can choose to skip before committing your truck.

What’s included

What you get with Haulwize

24/7 load monitoring

The agent watches DAT and Truckstop.com every few minutes around the clock — midnight, 3 a.m., weekend — so a hot load never sits uncovered because you were off the board.

AI scoring against your truck

Every load is filtered against your home base, equipment type, live HOS hours, and deadhead cost before a single call is placed. You only see loads that clear your floor.

Fraud & scam screening

Ghost-broker, double-broker, and MC-phishing patterns are flagged before the agent dials. Suspicious brokers are quarantined automatically — you never pick up a scam call.

Broker call automation

The agent dials multiple brokers in parallel, counters until one meets your target RPM, and closes the book without you touching the phone.

Rate-con generation

On booking confirmation, the rate confirmation is auto-generated and sent directly to the broker. You get a text with only the pickup details.

Detention filing (Pro)

When accumulated wait time crosses your threshold, Haulwize emails the broker a detention claim automatically — no paperwork, no missed money.
